HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (NNP)

You also have the right to receive confidential communications of your PHI and obtain a paper copy of this NNP upon request.
In the event of a breach of your unsecured PHI, IMS will notify you in accordance with HIPAA requirements. We have implemented safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to your PHI and mitigate the risk of breaches.
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated or have any concerns about our privacy practices, you may file a complaint with IMS or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
IMS reserves the right to amend this NNP at any time. Any changes to the NNP will be promptly posted on our website, and you may request a copy of the revised NNP at any time.
